Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Information

Zashmin offers women’s fashion, through our website. The Website, its content, products, and services are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or place an order. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are legally eligible.

2. Product Information

All products displayed on Zashmin are handcrafted and may have slight variations in color, weave, or finish, which are natural characteristics of artisanal work. We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately, but we do not guarantee your device’s screen representation is completely accurate.

Note: Zashmin reserves the right to limit the sales of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are inclusive of GST (where applicable). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards

  • Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

  • Partial COD with a small advance fee (₹99 - ₹199) to prevent delivery fraud. Balance to be paid upon delivery.

Important: Orders are processed only after payment confirmation. We may cancel an order in case of payment failure or suspicious transactions.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Dispatch within 1-3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Standard delivery timelines: 5-7 working days across India.

  • Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout an shown before payment.

  • Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email after dispatch.

5. Exchange, Return & Refund Policy

  • Saree are not eligible for return & exchange, refund unless defective or wrong product received.

  • Exchanges or return (if applicable) are allowed within 5 days of product delivery

  • For other product categories (if applicable), please refer to the Return Policy.

  • Items are on sale & during festive sale are non-returnable & non-exchangeable

Zashmin reserves the right to approve or deny return/exchange requests after quality checks.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 12 hours of placement or before dispatch.

Post dispatch cancellation are not accepted but you may opt for return after delivery (as per our return policy) 

7. Accuracy of Billing Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place. You agree to provide current, complete, & accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Zashmin including images, product designs, logos, text, and graphics are intellectual property owned by Zashmin. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or harm the Website’s functioning.

  • Use false information while placing orders.

Violations may result in immediate termination of services.

10. Third-Party Links

Certain content, products, or services available may include materials from third parties (like Instagram, Facebook, payment gateways). Zashmin is not responsible for any third-party websites’ content or accuracy.

11. Limitation of Liability

Zashmin shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to access our services.

  • Any delays or failures beyond our reasonable control (natural calamities, logistic partner issues).

  • Our total liability is capped at the total amount paid by the customer for their specific order.

12.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zashmin, its directors, affiliates, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms.

13.Changes to Terms of Service

Zashmin reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14.Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
