This Shipping Policy is designed to provide full transparency on how your beautiful orders make their way to you.

Shipping Coverage 

Currently we deliver across India. We are looking towards expanding globally.

Order Processing Time

Every order placed at Zashmin goes through a careful process of quality checks and packaging to ensure you receive nothing less than perfection.

  • Processing Time: All confirmed orders are dispatched within 1 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • During festive seasons, sales, or exclusive launches, there may be slight delays due to increased order volumes, but rest assured, your order is always our top priority.

Delivery Time 

  • Metros Cities:  3-5 working days 

  • Other Cities: 4-9 working days. (Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen logistics delays)
  • Remote Areas: 6-10 working days 

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all orders above ₹2000 

  • A nominal shipping charge of ₹59 will be applied on orders below ₹2000

To ensure smooth deliveries and reduce cancellations, we take a small advance as Partial COD orders. This simple step helps us process your order faster while you enjoy the convenience of paying the rest at delivery.

  • Partial COD Orders: A small advance payment (₹99-₹199) is required to confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) & rest at your door step.  orders to ensure seamless logistics handling. Rest at your door step. 

  • Note: The Partial COD option requires a small advance amount to be prepaid, enhancing a smooth and secure transaction experience for both you and us.

  • Refund deduction: In case of return, a deduction of ₹89 will be applied towards reverse shipping and handling charges, to ensure smooth processing of return without impacting product pricing fairness (Saree are not applicable as we don't accept return or exchange for saree until its damaged) .

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link on your registered email/SMS/WhatsApp update with tracking ID and link to track your order in real-time.

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to ensure on-time deliveries, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather disruptions, strikes, or logistics backlogs) may occasionally cause delays.

  • In such rare cases, we will keep you updated proactively via email or SMS.

  • If your order remains undelivered beyond 10 business days, kindly get in touch, and we’ll resolve it on priority.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing them or before dispatch—whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer available & in such case your order will be treated as return(as per return policy), and refund will be processed after deduction applicable reverse shipping and handling charges.

  • Refusing to accept an order at the time of delivery will also be treated as return, subjected to our return policy.

  • In any such case if you need any help reach out to us at support@zashmin.com with Order ID
  • For prepaid orders, refunds (after applicable deductions) will be initiated within 5-7 working days except Sunday or holidays.
  • Partial COD orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery will have the advance amount adjusted after deduction of return charges and will be initiated for refund. 

Incorrect Address Policy

  • Kindly double-check your address while placing the order.

  • Zashmin will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order returns to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipping can be arranged with an additional shipping fee.

International Shipping

Currently, Zashmin ships exclusively within India.
