Zashmin Refund Policy

Refund Process:

• Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 working days after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

• After deducting return shipping charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

• Saree are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or wrong product received.

• Products purchased under sale or discounts, unless defective, are not eligible for refund (for more details, please check our return policy).

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, yellow tag and packaging in intact condition to be considered for a refund.
