Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Zashmin offers Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) for added security and smoother deliveries.

  • A small advance payment between ₹99–₹199 is required during checkout to confirm your order.
  • The remaining payment is collected upon delivery.

This helps us ensure genuine orders and reduces chances of cancellations or fraudulent activities.

What are your Shipping Charges?

we follow a transparent and customer-friendly shipping policy:

  • FREE Shipping on orders above ₹2000 .

  • Flat ₹59 shipping charge is applicable on orders below ₹2000.

  • Our shipping is handled by trusted premium courier partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries across India.

What is the Return/Exchange Window?

  • 5 Days Return/Exchange Window from the date of delivery (excluding saree).

  • Only one-time free exchange per order is applicable. From the second exchange onwards, no exchange is allowed; you can return the product and place a fresh order.

What if my product is received damaged?

We take great care in quality checking every product before dispatch, but in rare instances:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery via email or WhatsApp along with photo/video evidence.

  • For approved claims, you will be eligible for a full refund or replacement without any reverse pickup or additional charge.

  • Failure to report within 24 hours will lead to the product being processed under the standard return/exchange policy, where charges may apply.

Are there any products not eligible for return or exchange?

Saree are strictly not eligible for returns or exchanges (Until its damaged)
Products under special clearance sales or final sales (if any) will also not be eligible for return or exchange. Such details will always be mentioned on the product page.

How can I initiate a Return or Exchange?

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 working days to your original payment method , Partial COD orders refund (post applicable deductions) is credited to your bank account.

How long does delivery take?

Metro Cities: 3-5 working days

Tier 2/3 Cities & Rural Areas: 5-8 working days .

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently, Zashmin delivers only within India. We are working towards expanding globally soon.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Before Dispatch: Yes full refund within 6 hours or before product get shipped.

After Dispatch: Cancellations are not possible.You can return the product after delivery.

Do you offer discounts or promotion?

Is there any product guarantee at Zashmin?

Yes, we promise premium quality and craftsmanship in every product. All our items go through strict quality checks before dispatch. While we do not offer a formal guarantee period, we ensure defect-free, high-quality products. In the rare case you receive a damaged or defective product, we offer free replacement or refund if reported within 24 hours of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Is GST included in the product price at Zashmin?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST. There are no hidden charges—what you see on the product page is the final price you pay (plus shipping, if applicable).

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Partial COD with advance payment — all through a secure and hassle-free checkout.
