Return & Exchange Policy
At Zashmin, we are committed to ensuring your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. We follow a transparent and fair Return & Exchange Policy to maintain product hygiene, quality standards, and customer trust.
Easy Exchange (First Time FREE)
- You can exchange your product absolutely FREE once within 5 days of delivery
- From the second exchange onwards, you will need to return the product (under the return policy) and place a fresh order.

No Return or Exchange on Saree: Due to the delicate nature of ethnic wear and hygiene concerns, we do not offer return or exchange on saree once sold.
Easy Return With Minimal Deduction

5 Days Return & Exchange Window: For other products, you can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Return Pickup Charges: For returns, a minimal deduction of ₹89 will be applicable as reverse pickup and handling charges. (Remaining refund amount will be initiated once quality checked passed)

If an order contains multiple items and a return request is placed, only a single deduction of ₹89 (Courier Charges) will be made for the entire order. However , for each individual return request in multiple items will result in, a deduction of ₹89.

Products on offers or promotional offers like COMBO, Buy 1 Get 1 is only exchangeable. (No returns) , Saree are not exchangeable.
- Sale items are not eligible for return, only exchange is allowed (Not applicable on saree)
Important Notes Before Return/Exchange
- Product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels ,yellow tag, packaging intact.
- For manufacturing defects or wrong products received or dis-satisfactory quality, please raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery along with photo/video proof for a 100% free resolution at support@tale222.comwith order id, name.
- We don't allow return & exchange on saree until it's damaged or defected. one need to raise complain within 24 hours for refund.
Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:

Sarees (strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable).

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged products.

Products without original packaging/tags, yellow tag.

Items purchased during clearance, festive, or promotional sale with “No Return/Exchange” mentioned.

Customised orders (if any).

Return/Exchange Process
- Visit our Return/Exchange Portal [Insert Link to Return Portal].
- Raise a Request – Select the reason and upload clear photo/video proof.
- Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and update you.
- once the return is approved, pickup will be arranged at your doorstep within 2-4 working days.
- Refund or Exchange will be processed after a quick quality check at our warehouse.
- Pickup will be attempted twice (2). If unsuccessful you will need to return the shipment to our address
Note for Non-Serviceable Pin Codes
- In case reverse pickup is not available at your pincode or location, you will be required to self-courier the product to our office address (details will be provided upon request).
- Before sending the product, please inform us via email at support@tale222.com mentioning: Order ID, Full name (mentioned in invoice while purchasing the product), Amount , Reason of return.
- Failure to notify us before dispatching the courier or sending it to the wrong address may result in rejection of your refund request.
- If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your Pincode or location, we do not accept exchanges.
- You can only opt for a return.
- We recommend using an Indian post service with tracking to avoid delays or loss in transit.
Refund Process:

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 working days after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

After deducting return shipping charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Saree are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of damage or wrong product received.

Products purchased under sale or discounts, unless defective, are not eligible for refund (for more details, please check our return policy).

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags, yellow tag and packaging in intact condition to be considered for a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing them or before dispatch—whichever is earlier.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer available & in such case your order will be treated as return(as per return policy), and refund will be processed after deduction applicable reverse shipping and handling charges.

Refusing to accept an order at the time of delivery will also be treated as return, subjected to our return policy.

- For prepaid orders, refunds (after applicable deductions) will be initiated within 5-7 working days except Sunday or holidays.
- Partial COD orders cancelled after dispatch or refused at the time of delivery will have the advance amount adjusted after deduction of return charges and will be initiated for refund.
